Independent planning aid

This service is not a government website. It does not issue permits, provide professional designs or guarantee approval, legality, safety, completion dates, costs or search rankings. Do not begin or conceal work based only on this tool. Confirm requirements with the responsible authority and relevant professionals.

Your project information

You remain responsible for accurate inputs. A checked task or user-reported approval status is not government verification. Resolve unknowns before relying on a result. Plans can change when sources, scope, quotations or supplier dates change.

Monthly memberships

Free includes the core planner, budgets, purchasing, supported permit guidance and one saved project. Individual costs US$28 per month for full personal-use access. Contractor costs US$200 per month for full commercial use and unlimited client sites and project workspaces. Both paid plans remove advertising for the signed-in paid account. Each membership covers one user login, not unlimited employees.

Paid memberships renew monthly in USD until you cancel. You must explicitly accept recurring billing before checkout. There is no free trial or automatic enrollment when you register a Free account. Card data is handled by Square, not this app. Access is activated only on server-verified payment.

Cancellation, failed payments and changes

Use Billing to cancel future renewal. Access continues through the already paid term. A failed renewal does not create another paid term. When paid access ends, your account reverts to Free and ads may return; existing projects are not deleted. Free account-data download and basic access remain available. The numerical project cap applies to creating new saved projects. Cancel recurring memberships and pending checkout links before deleting your account.

This release does not perform prorated plan changes. Cancel renewal and wait for the paid period to end before subscribing to another plan. Refunds or disputes may suspend premium access. Cancellation is not a refund request. The operator must publish a jurisdiction-appropriate refund policy and tax treatment before live billing.

Personal and professional use

Individual covers projects for your own properties, not operating a client-project business. Contractor permits client-site work. Unlimited refers to the number of project workspaces; it does not remove account security, reasonable per-project data sizes or restrictions on abusive automation. Staff invitations and shared logins are not offered. Private documents are limited to 8 MiB per file, 100 MiB per project and 1 GiB per account. Shared reports are redacted, read-only snapshots, not custom multi-user client portals.

Legacy purchases

Previously purchased fixed-term passes keep their original expiry and limits. They never become recurring subscriptions without a new, explicit purchase.

Launch review required

The operator must complete source-licensing, legal, tax, privacy, accessibility and professional-template review before public launch. These terms are a starting document and do not replace that review.
