A project plan is a scenario built from your inputs. Supplier dates, quotes and authority decisions remain outside our control. We do not issue permits, certify building designs or guarantee compliance.
Evidence stays visible.
Locality data and reviewed permit coverage are separate. Missing or overdue information stays unresolved. A listing in our directory is never an approval to start work.
Your project stays private.
Project information and documents are owner-only by default. Paid members can deliberately create an expiring, read-only snapshot; its contents are shown before sharing.
Core tools stay free.
Build a plan, enter a budget and view supported requirements without buying a subscription. Optional memberships add version tools, client workflows and an ad-free signed-in experience. Both tiers use the same reviewed requirements.
